CasaDea is a wonderful family home, rustic but comfortable, situated in the heart of Istria, between the magnificent town of Zminj and Pazin, only 30 km far away from Rovigno, 40 km from Pola and about an hour from Trieste.
The house itself has 4 bedrooms,4 bathrooms, a large living room, fully equipped kitchen, fenced garden, a heated outdoor swimming pool and private parking. Its position allows to rapidly reach various places by the sea and to travel along fantastic itineraries at the discovery of this wonderful region. During the summer you may relax, take a refreshing dip in the swimming pool or comfortably lay under the trees and read a book.
