"The house was very nice. You can tell they have put a lot of work into it since buying it. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Beds were very comfortable. We took advantage of the volleyball court, basketball court and the games they had for us to use. There were a few things we think the house needs yet. 1. Some type of throw rug in the upstairs area. 2. The downstairs refrigerator ice maker wasn't working or wasn't hooked up. It would have been nice to have that working. We had to buy ice for our coolers that we would take to the beach. 3. We like to listen to music when we are our at the pool and the speakers weren't working along with the surround sound for the upstairs entertainment center. There was a note on the upstairs refrigerator that somebody had looked at it the week before and said it wasn't working"

This is our third summer in this house for our annual family vacation with three generations. We like the improvements that the new owners have made! The home is nicely furnished and equipped. We especially like the fact that the pool has some shade in the afternoon. We love the Pine Island community! The community is well maintained and is convenient to the beach, shopping and recreational activities
